Michele Stevanovich is a Family Nurse Practitioner and PMHNP with over 15 years of nursing experience across clinical and leadership roles. She previously served as an Executive Director in home health, where she led operations, guided care teams, and improved patient outcomes. Her background in both patient care and healthcare leadership naturally led her to the role of CEO, where she brings a strategic, patient-centered vision to the organization. Michele is passionate about building connective care models that combine primary and behavioral health to better serve the whole person.

CMO | Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Bottenberg brings over 30 years of medical experience and is Board-Certified in Internal Medicine and Lipidology. He provides thoughtful, evidence-based care in collaboration with our Nurse Practitioner for complex medical conditions and challenging cases. Known for his thorough approach, he supports both patients and our care team through detailed consultations and treatment planning.

Magnolia has over eight years of experience working in both clinical and administrative roles within healthcare. She brings a well-rounded perspective that bridges patient care with operational efficiency. Her background includes clinical care as a nationally certified clinical laboratory assistant, care coordination services, business education, and improving patient experience with Quality Assurance and Improvement.
